We are currently undertaking
Prison Law and Criminal Appeal work only. We are able to take
instructions from prisoners across all prisons in England and
Wales. Many of the cases we deal with have been very high
profile, attracting national media attention.
We have assisted hundreds of people in relation to all manner of different
prison law cases. Our repeated instructions are testament to our focus on
client care.
We are accustomed to dealing with prisoners with personality disorders, ADHD and other complex mental health conditions. We provide each client with a tailored service dependent on their individual needs.
We currently offer services under Legal Aid only.
Legal Aid covers the cost of representation in the following cases subject to a means assessment.

If the complaint relates to Amee Patel, it will be reviewed by Asil Mehaisi to ensure independence.
All complaints will be responded to within eight weeks.

Complaints must generally be made to the Legal Ombudsman within one year of the problem occurring or within one year of when you realised there was a concern, and within six months of receiving our final written response. Most investigations take between 3–6 months, although more complex cases may take up to 12 months.
